          Value of Consumer Data: These financial incentives are reasonably relatedto the value of the data you provide. We incur a variety of expenses related toany loyalty program we offer. We make this investment in order to offer a morepersonalized and relevant experience. Expenses associated with the programinclude but are not limited to any point earnings we may offer when you shop atAg-Pro,  any birthday discounts we may offer when you provide yourbirthdate, any redeemable points we may offer valid toward dollars off productsplus, access to offers and events only available to any loyalty programmembers. The expenses associated with the program incentives will vary as it isdependent on your engagement with any loyalty program we may offer, includingtotal annual spend at Ag-Pro and frequency and depth of discounts you choose touse, if any such discounts are offered. 
    For financial incentive disclosures specific to any other promotion, if any,such as a sweepstakes, please see that promotion’s terms. We reserve the rightto terminate any such loyalty program or any other offers at any time at oursole discretion.
